Pre-war (1936 - 1938) Schwinn Tandem Bike / Bicycle Frame and more!!!

I have a pre-war Schwinn Tandem bicycle frame. My research and conversations I have had with Schwinn collectors dates this bike to between 1936 and 1938
Ready for an incredibly unique restoration project. I am open to reasonable offers for the frame and everything else attached ... or ... for just certain pieces that you may need for a current restoration project.
The serial number for this bike located under the rear sprocket is 54894
I am in Chelmsford which is easily accessible from Routes 3 and 495.
